ICS 100 & 700

These courses establish the minimum baseline incident management training for leadership roles in Team Rubicon, both in and out of the field.

You can swing a sledgehammer once you’re deployable, but you’ll need to become familiar with the Incident Command System (ICS) and the National Incident Management System (NIMS) to attend advanced functional training, deploy as Command & General Staff, or become a Volunteer Leader.
